Great value for money. I pais 35 eur for one night with breakfast included. Great location next to the bazaar. From the bus terminal you can take a taxi for 400LEK to the old town. Payment can be done by card but not with a contactless option as they claim that their terminal is not working contactless.

Staying at Hotel Musée was a dreamy experience, as if we'd been transported to another era. We were offered an upgrade and the room was absolutely beautiful and charming, perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly to us and accommodated our needs. On top of it all, the views from the breakfast terrace are delightful and one cannot help but keep staring at the immensity of the mountains in front of us. Definitely recommend!

the location is so beautiful, situated next to the castle of gjirokastra. it’s just a 10 min. walk to the old bazar where are all the restaurants and shops. the location itself is really clean and comfy, we liked to stay at denis house. they were so friendly to us even though we checked out way too late because we slept too long.
