The location was easy to find. The hotel is superb, staff was really friendly and helpful with my request for a room who I could use with my mother who is on a wheelchair. Beds were comfy, clean and the Romans bathroom impeccable clean. There is free parking and acessible for disable. The only request I would suggest was that in the shower box they could have handles on the wall for disable or elderly people to hold on while in and out of the shower. Breakfast was delicious, so much options that you don't know what to choose. End up trying a bit of everything. We has a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone around the "vinhedos area" Bento Gonçalves, Caxias and Gramado are very close and is an option for a night stay if you travelling around the State.

The staff would be better trained; they were very slow and spaced out. Just one manager was working properly (she could resolve the issues quickly, her name is Bruna, if I am not wrong), the rest of the attendants were really slow, and a big line was formed waiting for check-in.

Beds were really comfortable. Staff were very friendly even when they couldn't understand. Shops and great restaurant in the courtyard. Spacious, modern and well appointed.
