Was a quick stay for our family but was a great stay, good service, very clean and nice modern accommodating rooms. Roof top pool was a lovely accommodation for the kids as well.

Room was simple, but with all amenities. Shower head was awesome! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and staff were friendly. Dinner party in the steak house was great! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I’ll stay there again.

they do daily room service which is unique in Canada I stayed in 5-star hotels, and they didn't provide such services, and they provide free parking. the hotel location was very good with immediate access to HWY and attraction area towards whistler, Capilano .. etc; loved the place and will visit again for sure :)

Comfortable beds - Wow! so important too. Very clean.. Going restaurant and bar facility. Good happy hour. Perfect location close to sky train, mall and plenty of eating places.

Staff were outstanding, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, good variety and staff available for assistance. Laundry room with everything available via vending machine. Staff were able to provide necessary change required for machines. Pool available. Great location with public transport easy to access. Toiletries, hairdryer & coffee machine/ kettle available for guest use.

Friendly staff and very nice and clean rooms. The parking was a little tricky. The reception need to improve.  receptionist should be a 'people's person'. They should greet guests with an infectious smile, be friendly, helpful. We didn't see any of this. Overall the hotel is great we love it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and there was a good selection for the included breakfast. Excellent underground free parking and a public bus stop just outside that takes you into town.
