Clean, well-located (+-10 minute walk to the bus stop or to the main shops and restaurants), and lovely staff. They looked after our bags during the O-Circuit and when we returned, our bags had already been brought up to our new room, which was so helpful!

Size of the cabin. Being in the outskirts of the city enhances the feel of a Patagonia vacation and it feels safer. Breakfast in the room is perfect. Host is super attentive. We went to their restaurant and it was fantastic!

Fantastic boutique hotel outside of the busyness of the town (10 min. away by car from bakeries and restaurants). Parking at the hotel and in town was easy. The hotel is new and has beautiful views and homy interior. Our room was spacious and comfortable and with a view 😊. The owner gave us great recommendations. He helped us with all the bookings (car, excursions, restaurants). Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this hotel.

We were here for a night before and a night after hiking in Torres del Paine. Great place to do that: it's halfway between the city center and the bus terminal. Beds are comfortable, showers as well and the breakfast area has a beautiful view. The host gave us some last-minute tips for the trekking too.
