The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. We had a suite with a wonderful view of the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent underground parking garage.

the hotel was fabulous! the staff was very helpful, the location was perfect, the room (4212) was clean & bathroom updated. (i stayed there this weekend, room 4212 (miguel & desiree bautista). i left my navy blue uniqulo windbreaker in the room. how much would it cost to mail it to me? can you send me the cost because if it's too much no need to mail it to me). thanks & i will recommend your hotel to all my friends & family.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the main street, convenient parking, and most importantly - the friendly and helpful staff. It is a hostel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Downstairs is a lovely restaurant with great food. The check in and check out process was stress free. The hostel is a walking distance from old town in Fussen and short drive to a beautiful lake and castles. Next door is a spacious public parking.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located for stay in Fussen being walking distance to everything in town. Family room for 4 was spacious and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast, special request for dietary issue was no problem. Friendly and helpful staff.

what a surprise! an amazingly large room with good amenities was defiantly a gem! delicious breakfast if we are ever back in Fussen - we'll defiantly go back to hotel Sonne! Highly recommended!!
