The location is idyllic . Beautiful and tranquil. Staff are charming and very considerate. We had one stop with two dogs travelling to Spain. Next time we will stay longer .

The building is so unusual and beautiful, very atmospheric, and although a little more upgrading is needed in places (eg. walls of the main stone staircase) this is clearly in progress. Our room was wonderful - spacious, well equipped, everything about it was top quality and very stylish. And it had amazing views! The restaurant is delightful and our dinner was first class. There is clearly a really good chef, and the waiting staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the A75 in a lovely wooded setting. It almost feels like staying in someone’s home. Our triple room was very spacious, super clean and comfortable. The heater worked well, which was a pleasant surprise since we find that in France at this time of year many hotels haven’t yet turned on their heat. We appreciated it. The family who run this hotel are friendly, efficient and accommodating. They also know the area well and can make recommendations. Highly recommended
