The entire staff is simply amazing. Katerina and her husband and the woman at breakfast (unfortunately I didn't remember her name) were always kind and answered all our questions. Breakfasts are very rich and tasty, most of the products are homemade. We had a room 202 with a view of the sea and the pool, spacious and with everything you need. There is a mini market within a 2 minute walk, the beach is also very close, 2 minutes with the car and maybe about 10 minutes walk by foot. It is only a 10 minute drive to Monemvasia. We only came for two days, but everything was amazing, we would like to stay longer !

Great location, close to the town and beaches but so quiet at the same time. Excellent sea view, we loved it. The room is very clean, big and comfortable. Parking on site. Good breakfast. And great staff, very friendly and helpful- thanks to Eva’s advice we saved so much time driving to Monemvasia:) We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay on Elafonisi Island!

Everything in this hotel was amazing first the room with Seaview next breakfast, the best breakfast ever with fresh fresh, fresh orange juice, fresh olive oil, the best, one of all live what I eat ever on the world. Everyone must do one experience with Alas Resort.

This is a great hotel with the best views overlooking Monemvasia and Only 5 minutes drive to the castle. Everyone who worked there were very helpful and gave us recommendations of where to go around the area.

This hotel was the best we stayed at. Perfectly situated with the sea just across the courtyard. The family room we booked was a suite: a spacious sitting room with balcony facing the sea, and two double en suite bedrooms. The ambiance was romantic: old stone walls, dark panelled ceilings and tiled floors, with furniture in keeping. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was superb. We were brought a selection from fresh squeezed orange juice, yoghurt, eggs, to honey soaked cakes. The town of Monemvasia is made up of tiny streets and alleyways, little stairways, ramparts by the sea. Bright coloured flowers set off the deep golden stones. Truly a picturesque and romantic destination, and a hotel to match. The kind staff also have a wine cellar where we choose some local wines to buy.

There was a welcome basket when we arrived filled with necessities such as crackers and various dried bread products, as well as a local bottle of wine. The fridge was filled with other basic necessities (butter, jams, honey, coffee, milk, and oranges) which made making small meals very easy. They even left olive oil and olives for us. Every required appliance was available. The place was spotless and very modern. The beds were very comfortable. There was access to a washing machine which was extremely helpful. The environment was quiet and a very close walk to the water. The hosts were very warm and available when needed, but not at all intrusive. We wished that we had booked for longer. We will return next time without a doubt.
