The bungalow was new and clean. The owner Theo was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every 3 days the staff cleaned the house. From the front side there is a main road but from the other side of the accommodation there is a nice garden with oliva trees and a maximal privacy separated from the main road. The beach is about 5 min by walk and the center about 10 min. Everything was perfect!

The view was absolutely stunning, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcomed. Highly recommended!

We had 2 different rooms. Both of them had a AC which you could set as you like. Kitchen drawers were decently equipped, everything we needed was there. Fridge was running already on arrival. Towels and bed sheets were included. Host was really friendly, could ask if we needed something. There is also new asphalt road to this property, so no more dusty roads.

The staff was very kind and helpful, they recommended the best beaches in our area and also helped us find a trustful tire repair shop (we got a flat tire on our way to Greece, be careful on the highways of Macedonia). They speak english and german very well and are very attentive to the customer's needs. The location of Sarti Plaza is near the beach and also near the city center of Sarti, so it was really nice that we could go anywhere by foot. The streets of Sarti are full of taverns, restaurants and fast-food places, easily accessible from Sarti Plaza. We also loved the breakfast, the food was tasty and they had plenty of options for everyone- in the case that we wanted something else like fried/boiled eggs, they offered every morning to make it. The cherry on top for us were Mitza and the other two cats that facilitated the security of the place, day and night :)

Rooms and hotel are super well designed. Luxury for 3 star, super clean and we even did not have the highest level and still are room is very big. You are at the sea, there is a nice bar, great restaurants on 1 minute walking distance. Also the staff and owner are incredibly nice and sweet. Super good tips and always smiling.

Everything was amazing. Good communication with hotel from beginning to end of our stay. Staff is very polite and kind. Big rooms with comfortable bed and nice terrace, A/C works good. We really enjoyed the accommodation; there’s an actual private beach right in front of the apartments. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They also have a private bar. All in all, it’s in a peaceful location, ideal for families. You can watch the children from the terrace as they play on the beach.
