The staff were extremely friendly and more than happy to assist us with any questions or needs we had. The hotel, rooms and facilities were gorgeous and contributed to an amazing experience. The hotel is also only five minutes walking distance to a lot of great pubs and areas in Galway. Would strongly recommend for couples looking for a getaway. We also got the room on a discounted rate which made it completely worth the money spent.

My family loved that upon entrance to the hotel, there was a really cool children's club with all kinds of activities to sign up for, right across from the check-in desk!
