Excellent customer service where staff are attentive to your needs at all time. Even offered a new set of yukata when they noticed ours were slightly wet due to slight rain. Onsen was clean, well maintained and not crowded.

We loved the in suite onsen. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Loved how the outdoor hot spring allows people with tattoos. Monkey park shuttle was a huge help, leaving at 9:30 AM and returning at noon.

Wow! What an experience! From the moment we walked in the service was amazing. They brought us to the Snow Monkey Park by shuttle bus. We had dinner and breakfast included, which exceeded our expectations, a beautifully arranged dinner and we were so full. Thanks to the very nice lady who worked hard on giving us this experience. The onsen were relaxing and breakfast the next day was very nice too. After that, we were brought to the station by shuttle bus again.

Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

The room was comfortable, and spacious. The view of Nagano city from the room was breathtaking. The staff were helpful, and the hotel is basically next door to the train station, making it super convenient for traveling. Easy to book a snow monkey visit.
