I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Sohar Hotel in Oman! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to major attractions and shopping areas, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It is a basic hotel, exactly as expected. basic but good! Nice staff, a good café (I did no expect a milkshake from fresh strawberries) and location is at the beach (no tourist beach). I was a bit early and therefor the room I booked was not yet ready so they gave me an available bigger room. Very good service.
