Everything was thought through to every detail, from the tableware to the furniture details. Everything was designed to be elegant, yet warm enough to feel like home. Designer pieces make the facility glow with refinement, like you are in a wealthy Scandinavian neighborhood. If you are someone who does not want to take care too much of a rented space, this property is not for you. I think it is ideal for long term staying, again, if you are willing to understand the property is impecably thought and taken care of and needs a tenant to measure. Really a rare gem in the entire country, to be honest. A pet friendly policy would make me come back more often, but it is understandable since no every pet owner is responsible enough to bring in behaved dogs that can care for the space. Nevertheless, against a higher deposit, maybe dog owners could have a chance on a case by case basis, as they do even at the Ritz.

The services provided by Ibis Galati was great! The hotel itself is nice, the room was quite big. We traveled with the dog and we liked that hotel is friendly for pets. Breakfast has different kinds of food, so guests has choice. Personal showed high level! Everyone was attentive to the guests needs. Danube is quite near by and there are nice places to go around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. If we travel to Galati again we’ll stay in Ibis only!

The host was lovely and the property very clean and very close to shops which are also open 24hours. Safe area just across the promenade, perfect for evening walks. I would definitely recommend and would stay again in future.
