Kim and his team were friendly and helpful. Kim will help you plan your days according to what you are interested in, and they will sort out any transport you need. The food is great, with plenty of vegan options. We stayed in a Bungalow with mountain view, and it was really cute with a very comfortable bed. The outdoor bathroom was a bit of an adventure when there was a cold snap in the weather, but the staff gave us a heater and extra blanket so we soon warmed up! The location in a beautiful valley was perfect. A wonderful stay in Ninh Binh!

Phoc got in touch with me way before we travel to check in advance what we need. In the end, he has helped to arranged for transport from a hotel in Hanoi to Tam Coc and later from Tam Coc back to Hanoi airport at 2am. He surprised us by having to stay in the hotel making sure that our transport arrived on time to take us to the airport. Throughout our stay, he has been very helpful including arranging for transport to go about in Tam Coc and recommending restaurants for meals. In short, he has made our stay in Tam Coc memorable.

This place is truly an amazing retreat. Away from the traffic, sitting quit in the valley, making sure you can fully relax. The rooms are clean, luxurious and quite cosy. Bikes can be rent for free and the food is exquisite (this thanks to the talented chef Tuân).

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the spectacular nature of Trang An! Our room had indipendent access, it was very clean and had a bathroom "with a view"! We booked last minute and the staff helped us with early check-in and providing us a motorbike to rent. Really recommended!

We really enjoyed this spot, it is in a beautiful location not far from town but far enough that it feels very peaceful. The rooms are very spacious. There is a beautiful pool and we enjoyed watching the mountain goats on the hill while we relaxed in there. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa. Overall one of the best value for money places we stayed and despite being affordable, the accommodation was up to a great standard.
