We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

Nice clean room, IP television, good bathroom. All necessary facilities water boiler, refrigerator, ac and extra fan. Reception open 24/7 and very friendly staff. Good service from arrival at airport until checkout, with laundry as well as local transport.

The manager of the hotel is really helpful. Due to the Chinese president stay in Vietnam, we got stuck in the traffic and nearly missed our flight. We came back to the hotel and the manager took the 2 of us on his motorbike and we were able to reach the airport in 10 minutes and catch our flight. I totally recommend this hotel !

Great stay for those with early morning or late-night flights. Staff were very friendly and responsive - helped us get food, beer, and set up in the room quickly upon arrival. There was a free shuttle to the airport included for us despite our very late departure time. Recommend.
