The buffet breakfast is absolutely well serves both in quality and quantity in all kind of food you can image for the breakfast, it even serves you the Rosé sparkling wine in the breakfast.

The room itself has good soundproofing; at least we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. The space is very well thought-out, with attention to the smallest details, like additional candles or bath salts. The apartment was clean, and everything worked without any problems. The apartment is amazing, everything is done in top quality. But the wellness section is really great. There is an outdoor poll and an indoor pool, a bunch of different kinds of saunas, steam cabin, salt cabin, plus quiet rooms for resting etc. Everything really beautiful and when we used this facility (afternoon) it was almost completely empty. There is also a gym. Normally when an accommodation has "wellness" it is much smaller (unless it is a big hotel), so this was really unexpected! The apartment is well equipped, we only stayed one night but there is a supermarket next door, so you can easily cook meals if you want. There is a small private garden for the apartment to hang out outdoors, and the lake is really close. All in all, fantastic.

Really spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment in Frauenkirchen. The area is quiet. Kitchen was really well equipped with some extra items for a smooth vacation. Check-in and key handover were smooth with the host. She was also easy to reach and very kind. Free parking is just right in front of the house. We highly recommend this apartment. The small present for our baby boy was a really kind gesture. Many thanks for the great experience.
