Very clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage in the storage room after check-out. Bus stop is right in front and easy to get to the Hbf.

In fact it is their motto. The host is incredibly friendly and treats you like family! We spent a lovely time in the garden and the pool plus we went to the F1. It is idyllic. Plus it is within 10 minutes of a bus stop to Graz and the big Spiersberg Shopping City is again only 10 minutes walk. The apartment has absolutely everything you will need. Highly recommended. Book early if you are going to be in Graz.
