We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. The room was spacious, comfortable, and so cozy with the fireplace. This hotel has one of the best and biggest bathrooms! Great location near Yaletown, but not so close that it's loud or busy, and lovely brunch at the Cafe next door. Very clean, great outdoor pool on the 5th floor patio, and super comfortable.

My family and I came to participate in the Big Effort Swim event at Christina Lake. Because of a flight delay, we arrived late, but the staff kindly arranged a self-check-in for us. The motel is very clean. Groceries as well as small local eateries are within walking distance. There is also a barbecue area and a firepit in the yard, which made for a lovely place to sit in the evenings.
