The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

Set in Zhangjiajie, WALLY HOUSE 张家界青山惠风民宿 features free WiFi. The property is located 400 metres from Yuanjiajie, 2.1 km from Bailong Elevator and 2.5 km from Zixia Taoist Temple. We had a really nice stay at Wally's House. The rooms were nice and spacious and the owner Wally was super nice and friendly. He offered us a second room for free, took time every evening to show us which parts of the Forest Park to visit and even let us take a shower after checking out and before taking the nighttrain. Emer and Sunny are the best hosts! I felt completely at home here. This place has everything you need—super fast WiFi, easy access to the park (either by taxi or walking), drinking water, and plenty of food options nearby. They also sell delicious coffee! Emer can arrange a lunch box for you if you prefer to dine in, and she can also book tickets for all the attractions. She explained everything to me, gave me a map, and made sure I was well-prepared for the day. Additionally, she can organize transportation for you. This is also a very social hostel—I easily met other travelers in the common area. We even shared a big lunch. The breakfast they offer is both delicious and filling. I extended my stay because I was so comfortable here. The value you get is truly priceless. The hosts are incredibly attentive and helped me with anything I needed. Thank you, Emer and Sunny, for an unforgettable stay! I will definitely be back!

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The hotel is located in one of the most commercial streets of the city, with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping stores, taxis and Didi are very easy to hire as you are in the city center, the location is convenient for going to the train station, airport, natural park, and all the tourist attractions, The breakfast is good and the installations are also ok, the price is ok comparing with other hotels around, best quality price, all the staff is ver friendly, especially Anine, she was all the time taking care of my logistic needs for going to all the tourist attractions, helping me to book all the tickets and giving me all the information I needed on how to spend my 3 days at Zhangjiajie tourist attractions, this was very helpful and I really appreciate it because she made my time very enjoyable.

Located within 21 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 1.3 km of Zixia Taoist Temple, GUI YUAN ZHEN PIN HOTEL- Approximately 3 kilometers from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park -... The room environment was excellent, the butler service was very thorough, and it was very close to the east gate of the forest park. All services were good. It was a very satisfactory trip. They upgraded the room type for free.

Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.
