Excellent hospitality from my entry till my departure to train station. Very professional & efficient check in which is quite stand out even compare to other hotels i went locally , HK & overseas. Well decorated & equipped guest room. Spacious & all provisions in good condition, only setback is wardrobe space not sufficient enough for 2 pp & the faucet /shower arrangement not user friendly for elderly guests. Other than that, all is top notch to me. Furthermore, unaware afternoon tea is offered upon our arrival which is good that we could have a quick & elegant tea then just out for sightseeing relaxingly. 1 things must be mentioned that the concierge guy( sorry that didn’t asked his name) serving us from entry to the hotel till called cab for us on departure which is very helpful, sincere & professional , excellent representative for this Langham in Shanghai !

Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch features a fitness centre, garden, a restaurant and bar in Shanghai. Their top notch service and hospitality that was the best and even better than many 5-Star hotel, special thanks to Rui and Olivia who make our stay the most wonderful one. Great breakfast & evening snacks, I personally love their noodles that help warm up in the morning and night time. They went extra mile with complimentary 1-Day city tour that showed us around the heritage & futuristic places of Shanghai with special thanks to Xiao He, our tour guide who’s really helpful and supportive during the tour and made sure we got the nice family pictures! Last but not least, their complimentary 1-way airport drop-off and Shanghai Disneyland shuttle made the whole stay super convenient. Lovely housekeeping team for their spotless clean room and all amenities, they also provided us the free laundry at no charge, superb!! Location wise, it’s near the Beixinjing metro and very convenient to go to Nanjing Rd and IFC mall for shopping. You can order your food & drink to hotel and they will let their robot to send to your room!

Very modern, comfortable. Ideal for a short stay while transiting through Pudong. I really liked the modern bathroom and room amenities. The check in and check out were also very fast and convenient. Also the ability to takę the luggage trolley from the terminal to the room floor.

My upgraded Stateroom was a showcase of refined modern luxury, with a glossy dark floor, cream and gold accents, a superbly comfortable bed, and an elegant bathroom featuring a marble-bench rain shower and sculptural bathtub. Every detail was thoughtfully considered – from the Nespresso machine and premium minibar to whisper-quiet climate control and fully electronic curtains and lighting. The views over the Huangpu River and Shanghai’s skyline, especially by day, were simply breathtaking. Breakfast was outstanding, combining a refined buffet with à la carte options, fresh berries, multiple nut varieties, unsweetened yoghurt, and exceptional service. Staff throughout the stay were attentive without intrusion, anticipating needs before they were voiced. The bar offered spectacular river views, superb cocktails, and a refined atmosphere once the live music began. A takeaway breakfast box prepared for my early departure was beautifully presented and freshly made – a wonderful gesture.
