The food is generally amazing! We loved the rich and tasty breakfast and the lovely staff was always accomodating my husband's vegan lifestyle. Waking up in front of the sea every morning was one of the most amazing experiences. The both vibrating and relaxing town of Sámara is just a 5-10 minutes walk away at the beach, where you can play beach volleyball, go surfing, have a nice smoothie or delicious meal. At night you can also enjoy the beautiful terrace and tasty drinks and food at the hotel's restaurant. We were sad to leave this truly unique pearl at the beach and will surely be back in the future!

Offering a garden and lake view, La Ceiba Tree Lodge is situated in Tilarán, 41 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 17 km from Venado Caves. The grounds of the lodge are fabulous. There is plenty to explore, with an orchid garden and the Ceiba Tree overlooking the property. The breakfast was really nicely done, with a fabulous set-up of the flowers hanging down from the roof of the place. Also overlooking the Lake Arenal, and a feeding station for birds. Fresh coffee brewed the original way at the table. We also got our laundry done by the hosts, which was really handy, great value and done with more care than dedicated businesses for it. We paid extra for the room with a terrace, and it was worth that for the view and sitting out.

Offering free WiFi, Hotel Amira is situated in Carrillo. Each accommodation at the 3-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool. We only stayed 1 night and enjoyed the experience. Room was bigger than any other we stayed in, in CR. Breakfast was good and staff were too.

The Nomadic Hotel is centrally located in Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica within a 5 minute walk to the surf point and beach. Enjoy complimentary breakfast every morning. Amazing experience! The location is perfect, and the facilities are spotless and beautifully designed. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, especially Mariela, who truly made my stay exceptional, all the people who work there are unique thanks to Anthony , Levi, Silvi y Julia , kim , Cristel and Saúl. As a suggestion, I’d recommend adding a bit more music in common areas to enhance the ambiance and offering more yoga or animal flow classes at the hotel. Overall, an outstanding stay—I can’t wait to come back!

The Coast Beachfront Hotel is located on Tamarindo Beach. We offer 24-hour reception, security, private parking, concierge services and the hotel is a 5-minute walk downtown. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beachfront on the amazingly beautiful Tamarindo beach and steps from beachfront restaurants, bars and downtown. The continental breakfast brought to your room I found great. Fresh fruit, granola and yogurt. You choose what you want and at what time you would like it at check in. Will come back

It was scenic, and the view was gorgeous. The accommodations were first rate we felt like we were in the jungle, but had five star accommodations

Featuring sea views, Totobe Resort in Jabilla features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Amazing place. Beach front and peaceful place. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very nice (Marjorie, Maureen, Flory and Elias) and best beach to connect and relax! 100% recommended!
