My room had a perfect view of the sunrise and it was glorious! The staff were fantastic - my masseuse was excellent, and the reception staff were attentive and helpful. I didn’t make it to breakfast or dinner on a long day and they checked in on me. I also loved that a table was reserved at breakfast and dinner when you ask.

The apartment is just amazing! Everything is brand new! It looks much better than the pictures. It is really very big and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, pots, and washing machines. The host was very polite. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is with a double bed and one single bed - spacious enough for families with 2 kids. The bathroom is huge. The beds are very soft and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The host ensure us a parking place in the front of the building. The neighbourhood is very quiet and clean. There is a supermarkets and restaurants in 5-10 min. walks. Do not even think about it and book this place. It is only 20 min away from Europa Park.

Exceptional service, food and cleanliness. The room was large and well organized. All linens and towels were fresh. We received personalized service at check in including an escort to our room to explain details and amenities. The restaurant was exceptional with good selection and large portions and the garden atmosphere was perfect. Breakfast was included and was again exceptional. It was buffet style and we were offered made to order eggs. Parking was limited but free and when we had to leave to get some groceries for later in our trip we were offered support with parking when we returned if spots were not available.
