The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking outside the hotel was easy. The hotel is located in a nice part of town. We were sorry we only had a one night stay.

Grand Hotel Viljandi is a four-star hotel that combines timeless elegance with modern amenities, offering guests cozy accommodation in the old town of Viljandi. This older hotel is a hidden gem- for the price we got a large room with a view of the park- very quiet inside and out- within walking distance of the old historical townsite- nice walk down to the water - 176 steps each way!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sauna is only open on the weekend so it was not available during our stay. However, the staff were very kind to give us a tour of the sauna area- super clean and very nice- steam room, hot pool, dry sauna- The breakfast was to die for- presented very tastefully- so much to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Vana Postimaja Accommodation is a recently renovated homestay set in Suure-Jaani, 25 km from Estonian Traditional Music Centre. Excellent atmosphere inside the building, I slept exceptionally well. Excellent kitchen where you can make for you enjoyable morning drinks and breakfast.
