Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

デュアンにあるLogement avec terrasse sur lac, tout confort, dans résidence avec PLAGE et PONTON... The peaceful setting and proximity to the lake. It felt incredibly safe.

Private beach is beautiful. Lovely pool and rooms were fantastic with balconies and very comfy beds. Cannot recommend enough. Walking distance to very nice bakery, shop and restaurants.

The studio is stunning, is bigger than expected, with an amazing garden and a big window looking at it, kitchen very well equipped, super comfortable mattress (it’s not a sofa-bed but a fold-away bed), spacious bathroom and parking just outside the apartment with space to leave your bicycle too. The host Sébastien was amazing, very kind person and very informative about the surrounding area, plus there’s plenty of informations inside the studio about the small villages, and activities you can do around lake Annecy. Supermarket nearby and 5 min bike away from the lake. Absolutely recommended!

Facing Lake Annecy, Cote Ouest is a 15-minute drive from Annecy Train Station. It offers self-catering accommodation, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a continental breakfast is available at a supplement. 市街地から車で20分のロケーションにあり、ビーチへのアクセスもよく、静かで落ち着いたエリアでした。部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫　食洗機　ポットがあり、鍋やお皿、洗剤類もありました。 ヘアドライヤーもありましたが、歯ブラシ　スリッパは持参要です。 小さなスーパーマーケットが徒歩15分のところにあるのもよかったです。

Set in Sévrier, 7 km from Annecy Semnoz Ski School, Black Bass Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a garden, as well as free WiFi. Staff was above expectations, special thanks to Julian and all team for the great welcoming and support. Great location, close to Annecy Lake and Old Town , Toilet has shattaf.

In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael
