Situated on the edge of the Carnoustie Golf Links Championship Course, the Carnoustie Golf Hotel is less than 200 metres from the sandy beach. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered! The room was neat and clean. All in all very good experience!

The location by the harbour was perfect for walking into town. Staff were welcoming and professional. We got a courtesy call as we were running late travelling from Edinburgh to ask if we would like to order dinner in advance. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Great mattresses. We were in the separate disabled accommodation which was roomy and thoughtfully laid out. We stayed for 3 nights and were offered clean towels and tea coffee top ups every day. The small fridge was a welcome extra. The sofa seating was well positioned and made the room easy to stay in for 3 nights.

Wonderful lodge in a remote location. The perfect start to a 16 day tour of Scotland. Hiking the Glen Clova area to Airlie tower, Castle Clova, and Glen Doll was the perfect way to adjust to the time change. Their restaurant staff are to notch.
