The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the area was beautiful. It was quiet even though the hotel was busy. The food (breakfast and dinner) was great. Situated in Buckfastleigh on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, next to the banks of River Dart. Among the various facilities of this property are a terrace, garden and a bar. We love Northgate House, it is so peaceful and it really recharges the old batteries. The rooms are beautiful in a simple way and offers everything you could want or need, the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site which is very good and offers a good choice of menu including vegetarian options, the food is of high quality and presented very well, breakfast is also available and is very tasty. In short for us it is a hotel that offers everything and we love it so much we will be visiting twice next year and we are looking forward to it.

Set in Exmouth, 11 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, Lympstone Manor Hotel Restaurant & Vineyard - Relais & Chateaux offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor... The staff were exceptional, so warm and welcoming and we were upgraded for free as it was my birthday. That was such a lovely touch. Hotel was stunning and also views would have been if it were not for the rain and we arrived when it was dark. Hope to stay longer next time to explore properly.
