Set behind Douglas Promenade on the Isle of Man, this 3-star hotel offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and a Bar & Lounge serving both traditional and contemporary cuisine. The proprietors were wonderful to deal with over several plan changes. Meals (breakfast/dinner) were served in a wonderful "sun room," well prepared with good food options. It's only a block off the promenade (though up hill) and its convenient bus stop. They run both a "hotel" and "apartments" so there are numerous sleeping options.

Location is beautiful Accommodation was clean and comfortable Everything you could need was there, although a couple of things listed in the inventory where missing eg cheese grater, tin opener and spoons The garden staff should be complimented on the beautiful gardens

Centrally located in Castletown on the Isle of Man. Rooms above Pub/restaurant but was quiet and comfortable. Rooms and bathroom large and clean. Coffee/ teas/ bottle water provided in room. Just steps from bus stop and 10 min walk to steam train station which takes you to the southern tip of the island or north to Douglas and definitely a must do.
