Located within 15 km of Burghley House and 22 km of Longthorpe Tower in Stamford, Fletland Mill and Holiday Hamlet - 18th century watermill, in stunning location near Stamford provides accommodation... The Den was everything we needed. Beautiful, clean, warm, lovely bathroom, compact but functional kitchen and the grounds of Fletland are just stunning. I worked from the property during the day whilst my wife was helping with arrangements for a family event we were attending. It was lovely being able to walk our dog off the lead (well behaved and excellent recall incase we came across Deer - which we did) straight from the door and into the 30 acre grounds of the property; woodland, river and their open fields (not the ones with the ponies in 😁) 20 mins max from Peterborough (where we were attending the event) and a few mins from a large Tesco and the town of Bourne which appeared to have everything you could need for a stay at Fetland. We didn’t get to use the tennis courts which were available and open due to schedule, but we will next time! All in all a wonderful stay with very good communication from the owners pre and during stay.

The breakfast was fabulous, they even had my fussy teenager eating, who says the vanilla french toast was fantastic!!!!, Will certainly be booking again

The location was amazing, stunning views . Very well equipped. Warm ,with control of cental heating. Smooth check in ,earlier than expected.

I love the whole place and I have to say Susan was a joy! From the first moment I got there to the moment I left, the whole experience at Carron House was wonderful. The room was nice, very clean, and quite comfortable. Everything was lovely about it and everyone was so thoughtful, kind and incredibly welcoming. I really could not have asked for a better place to stay, and when back in the area I will always return to Carron House. It's more than a place to stay, when you add people who care and a perfect location - it really becomes your only choice for a getaway in Skegness.

The owners were welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The room was cosy and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Near facilities. 10/10

Great host, so welcoming and accommodating for our early departure. Room was well presented, clean and very warm for the time of year. Great breakfast! Fantastic location inclusive of parking.
