Friendly, warm, and welcoming - they made us feel comfy right away. They were all great but a special shout-out to Putra at the hotel restaurant who went out of his way to have the kitchen prepare a herbal remedy for us to cure a headache. Thanks Putra! The hotel's food was also amazing - a great breakfast buffet that changed everyday with a focus on local flavours. Dinner was also great with some authentic Indonesian dishes. Also the location - if you're looking for quiet, this is a good bet. The beach isn't very busy (and the hotel makes an effort to clean it every morning from the tidewash and seaweed), though there are no lifeguards. There's a stripmall within 2 mins walking distance, prob 20% occupied at best but with a couple of great warungs if you want a bite to eat outside, or grab a few items from the convenience mart.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

Boasting cozy and bright-colored living space, Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group is located in Lagoi, 27 mi from Desaru. The staff is extremely friendly, the beach is perfect, and the breakfast offers a lot of variety. The apartment was also clean and fresh.

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is located in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Located in Lagoi, a 5-minute walk from Lagoi Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
