Lovely host, very easy check in and check out. The apartment was fully equipped, nothing was missing for our 4 day stay. Beautiful views, so relaxing. Very clean and up to date. The photos are exactly as the apartment is. We really enjoyed our stay.

The lady who owns the hotel is the manager, she is a smart and educated person and she is very generous as she made our stay very comfortable, and she went beyond that with her generosity to us when I wanted to ask for a taxi she said to me (I am going and I will take you on my way) and indeed she took us with her in her car to our destination. This luxurious AA 4-star hotel is a haven of peace and quiet, on the beautiful shores of Lough Ree, by Athlone Golf Course. The room was fantastic and with all comforts. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the wellness centre it's very good. A bit thanks to the staff that was very nice and professional with us in all occasions. 💝

Nestled in Monksland, a residential suburb of Athlone town, The Athlone Springs Hotel is less than a 6-minute drive from Athlone town centre. I was astounded when I walked into the room and saw the lounge area, huge TV, lovely bedroom and large bathroom. On checkout I was told I had been upgraded to the presidential suite, which was amazing. Breakfast was buffet style, with all you could ask for. A wonderful stay.
