This family-owned B&B is located in Bíldudalur village in Iceland’s West Fjords region. It offers brightly decorated rooms with free WiFi access and mountain or fjord views. Even though check in was late we were allowed to leave luggages In our room early on. The staff was very helpful and even provided a packed sandwich for breakfast since we were leaving early. Lovely views and clean.

Located just 1.7 km from Langisandur Beach, Teigur Guesthouse offers accommodation in Akranes with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. We stayed here on our first night in Iceland and it was perfect. The couple who run the place could not be nicer, what a nice welcome. The shared living area and kitchen feel just like home, and the fridge was even stocked with a few things for breakfast. Before taking off in the morning we took a nice walk to the lighthouse and climbed it, what a treat.

Great room, very comfortable beds! There is also a nice restaurant at the place with great food. Loved the greenhouse with the swimming pool. A big plus, the two dogs and the parrot that are at the place ❤

Grund in Ólafsvík is located in Ólafsvík. The property features sea and mountain views. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Grund was a warm and cozy respite from cold and extremely windy weather. The apartment was in a fantastic location in town - a short walk from the one small grocery store, a restaurant, and a waterfall. It was also an easy drive to all the amazing sights in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. The kitchen has all you might need to cook - including an ample supply of spices and oils to use. All in all this was an amazing place to stay for our first two nights in Iceland.

Hellnafell is situated in Grundarfjordur. The property has lake and river views. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. One of my favorite accommodations out of 8 trips to Iceland. Great location with a perfect view of Kirkjufell. Woke to northern lights.

Boasting garden views, Móar Cottage provides accommodation with patio, around 43 km from Hallgrímskirkja Church. The property has mountain and lake views, and is 43 km from The Pearl. This place is brand new and very nice. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Price is on point.

Hotel Varmaland features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Varmaland. The hotel provides both free WiFi and free private parking. The hotel is new (I think it opened somewhere in 2022), so everything inside it is new. Facilities are okay. Beds are comfy, and the room is of comfortable size. We had extra chairs, kettle, tea, coffee & coffee maker, cups, and glasses. Also, it had a small fridge. The bathroom had a hairdryer and body gel, conditioner, shampoo, and hand soap.

A comfortable, clean room in a great location along our route exploring incredible Iceland. Nothing to complain about) Thank you very much for perfect conditions)

This family run guesthouse sits scenically on the Snæfellsnes peninsula on Iceland’s western coast, and features views of the surrounding nature from all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. Good location for exploring Snaefellsnes Peninsula, very clean and well equipped bathroom even with heated drying rack. Room blackout curtain and soundproofing is pretty good and Also with amazing view and good selection for dinner.
