Free WiFi is available, and a free shuttle is provided to/from the airport.... Only stayed 1 night before a flight out and it was absolutely perfect. Between the free shuttle to the airport and the amazing breakfast, it was everything I needed. The room was very clean and had everything that was needed for a great night of sleep before heading home.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!
