The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro station and to the main attractions in Osaka. The staff was nice and helpful. I like the storage room with lockers, a really great option to leave your luggage safe in the hotel before check-in/after checkout. The room was spacious, quiet, bright and extremely clean.

Great location just outside Namba station for Rapi:t express train to Kansai Airport (35 mins) for an early flight. Super nice hotel luxurious at very affordable price- close from Universal Studios (one stop by metro just in front of the hotel) and Osaka world expo). Staff so lovely and helpful.
