Very friendly and helpful staff who worked as a team to ensure our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The team went out of their way to accommodate our every wish. Good value for money. The all girls team was effective in creating a very quiet and calm atmosphere.

This charming hostel is run by the kindest couple you can imagine. The mother prepares delicious meals in her cozy restaurant, and the father took us on one of the most beautiful tours we’ve ever done – full of stunning views and authentic local experiences. Everything here is filled with heart and soul. Their warmth and genuine hospitality turned our stay into something truly special. It’s rare to find such a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place with personality, comfort, and unforgettable people – this is it. Highly recommended from the bottom of my heart!

Great home stay in a quiet area away from the noisier tourist area. We had our own itinerary and driver so we did not need assistance, but it was clear our host was happy to help and could arrange activities if needed. The views from the outdoor common area were fantastic. And the meals provided by the host’s wife were some of the best we had in Sri Lanka

Set in Sigiriya, 2.2 km from Sigiriya Rock, Chena Huts Eco Resort offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The resort is perfectly located - a bit outside the “main road” and inside the nature. Breakfast was really nice and everyone took great care of us. We got many recommendations for activities in the area. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back! Thanks for having us!

Situated within 19 km of Sigiriya Rock and 22 km of Pidurangala Rock in Dambulla, Dambulla Sun Vsh Holiday features accommodation with seating area. The family which runs this property are very good and humble. Owner was kind enough to pick us directly from bus stand to the Homestay. They served authentic Srilankan food which was very tasty. Royal cave temple and Dambulla stadium are quite near and we can get tuk tuk easily. Go to place to stay if you are visiting sigiriya and Dambulla.

Set within 2.4 km of Sigiriya Rock and 5.5 km of Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya, Thathsara Holiday Inn features accommodation with seating area. Rohan, Rohit and Yohan were very honest and genuine. Yohan organised an excellent visit to the auyvadic spa for us. And did offer a great price for a private driver (we already had one booked). To top it all off they prepared a gluten free breakfast for my celiac wife. The home stay is in a great location a short forest walk from lion rock. Highly reccomend!
