It has a great location, on a quiet street. The hotel has a good breakfast, and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can have a delicious coffee with dessert. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, I slept well. The hotel has a responsive and polite staff. The hotel manager was very helpful, he walked me to the bus stop in the morning, helped me find the bus stop to Pokhara, as it is located in an unclear place. I am very grateful to him for his help. I definitely recommend this hotel. If my path lies through Kathmandu, I will only stay at this hotel.

It’s tucked away from the noisy streets, with a very quiet courtyard that feels like a little escape from the city. The rooms are modern and bright, with good bathrooms and strong hot water pressure. Breakfast on the rooftop is excellent, with beautiful views over the city. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this hotel again and again.

This hotel is located right in the heart of all things tourist in the city center. The most chaotic portion of the city (nightlife and such) is within minutes of walking but you can walk in the opposite direction to connect to much more family friendly options like the huge street markets, temples, etc. It truly is a perfect location. There are tons of amazing restaurants within minutes walking too! Nearly right across the street there is a travel agency owned by Sunil Tamang. He will handle everything for your adventures and not be pushy. I strongly recommend him. The breakfast and staff were amazing at the hotel! The owner was very available and made sure we were happy! I even got a private tour of the property as they were doing upgrades. I very much recommend the hotel for all aspects: Location, hospitality, food, etc...

Featuring a shared lounge, a restaurant as well as a bar, Capital Boutique Hotel is located in the centre of Kathmandu, 1.2 km from Hanuman Dhoka. The staff were very helpful and welcoming ! Delicious food, great service - they organised our laundry to get done fairly quickly. Would reccomend!
