The room was very comfortable and just right for my size. It was a great escape for me seeking belonging in a city where I want to start anew. Thank you very much for the warmth, especially during this rainy weather. Everything was in the right size for a single traveller. The water heater was running, the toilet flushing well, the sinks were not clogged, and the water pressure was strong. Lighting was also sufficient, especially mood lighting. Wifi was working well and airconditioning was enough for the space. I would stay here again during my trips to Iloilo. Thank you very much for having me.

The location is excellent, nearby many restaurants and groceries. The apartment is extremely clean, quite and has a nice view over the coty. Located in Iloilo City, 4.5 km from Jaro Metropolitan Cathedral and 6.6 km from Smallville Complex, Balai Lawaan Quiet Escape offers a garden and air conditioning. Everything in place. The owner is very accomodating. We had no problems encountered. Even their cats are very friendly. They offered us free water refill and their store is cheap. They also serve breakfast for only P150 and it is delicious and filling. Ito ang lugar na babalikan mo talaga.
