Staff was courteous, and the facility was well maintained. Staff were quick to respond. We were relieved to see mineral water big galon in the room. It saved us a lot of hassle. Upon arrival, Mr. Uzair at the front desk kindly upgraded us from a Deluxe Room to a Royal Suite, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture. The suite was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, offering a nice selection of authentic Pakistani dishes. The restaurant manager was exceptionally courteous and even remembered our preferred style of eggs each morning—an impressive personal touch that made us feel right at home. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Lahore.
