We booked 1 hour in advance (at 6PM) and checked in at 7PM. Everthing was clean and perfect. the host was amazing, she was super helpful and flexible with our travel needs. the house also was super refined with all comfort: airco, tv, ,comfy sofa, snacks, super tech and modern appliances and in super safe building with a code gate. Additional plus there is a private parking that saved us from paying expensive parking in San juan

Short walk to nice beach “Balneario El Escambrón.” (Walk to right as you exit the building, then turn left on C. San Agustín.) Excellent beer and wine at Ambrosia Fine Wines https://ambrosiafinefoods.net/ a block to the right as you head out the main entrance, at intersection of C. Martín Fernández. (It recently opened so it’s not on Google Maps.) It was an easy cheap Uber to the cruise port.

The house was very clean, bigger than it looks on the outside, and very private...with our own remote control gate. The owner's sister is who greeted us and gave us back the deposit when we left. Very nice people - they answered questions right away - and we will gladly stay again and recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay with lots of privacy.
