We really enjoyed our stay in this place, location is pretty good, you are close to everything, the staff was exceptional all the time and the food was also very good, especially the dinners!! We loved they had a presents for my daughter at the check out!! 100% recommended 👍🏻

Relatively small hotel which makes it very cozy. Superb facilities (a REAL wellness). Owners Gabby & Heinz do their very best to give this place a personal touch. Heinz even took us on an early bird ski trip around Kaltenbach. Lovely staff; they do their very best to serve you all day round with a big smile. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! Great service and super kind, helpful and friendly personel. The apartment is well located, close to ski bus stop and the center of the city with beautifull view on the mountines. We strongly reccomend if you look for great place to stay and relax!

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience I had during my stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, order, and comfort of the rooms. Everything was perfectly arranged and well-maintained, which made me feel immediately at home. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Your warm hospitality truly made a difference and contributed greatly to my enjoyment. I also really appreciated the pool – although small, it was clean, peaceful, and a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options.

    Very nice and big apartment. Owner is very nice and kind, who prepared some games for kids, bought us some basic food and even baked pie for us and other guests.... At the end we have received even some presents.... Accomodation is at the begging of the Zillertal valley so you need to drive or use public transportation to get further to the valley or to the ski slopes. On the other hand, close to the highway, aquapark and stores.... Building has the elavator if you have a lot of stuff or if it is heavy. Also garden wher kids can play....

    We enjoyed our relaxing stay at the Malerhaus so much. It was wonderful to go up to the pool, relax on the room balcony and chill in the tv room. We made use of the large fitness suite and the sauna with incredible views. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed.

    Booked 2 twin rooms last minute and they were very accommodating. A few hours before arrival I asked for an extra bed in one of the rooms and they were able to confirm that straight away and gave us rooms next to one another as we were with children. Half board dinner was tasty and good value. We only stayed one night but the accommodation is very well kept, clean and and comfortable. Bathrooms large and modern.
