Really great apartment, good sized rooms and the layout worked well for our family, with 2 young children. Well equipped kitchen, toiletries, towels and hairdryer. Julien was quick to respond to WhatsApp messages and instructions were clear for check in etc. Daily housekeeping is available too, which is a nice touch.

The view overlooking Lake Geneva is exceptional, so be sure to book a room with balcony on the lakeside. Our room was on the top floor with 2 balconies on the front overlooking the lake, and 2 balconies on the side. It was very large, with an equally large bathroom. The entire hotel is superbly decorated and elegant. The staff was outstanding in every respect, from the doormen and valets, to the reception and concierge, to the restaurant staff, as well as housekeeping. The restaurant was delightful with an interesting menu.

Central location, very close to Lake, shops and train station-technically next to platform 1 with direct access. Very modern and clean. Super comfortable beds, had great sleep. Own private underground car park or for bigger vehicles such a van or mini bus 2 spaces outside (CHF25/night charge). Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

It’s cozy, warm. The first day we arrived, as usual due to crazy traveling and lethargy, my wife and I had our moods quite off, however the front counter who attended to us was beyond kind and helpful. He was so sweet to invite my wife in and help me with the bags. He even told us to rest and will attend to us the next day. He was so accommodating. He allowed us to take our time with check out and did not hassle us to rush out. I may say 100 out of 10. I will definitely bring my kids and wife back here.

Super place to stay, amazing view, friendly and kind staff. Nice location on 1370m with stunning view to the lake and surrounding mountains. Easy and free parking, good wifi, clean rooms.     A great hotel with around 200 years history. Very well maintained with very clean facilities. It is in great location with view of lake and mountain which makes it ideal for couple or family vacation. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and my boys asked to extend our stay. Our next stay will be definitely more than a week.

    I went on a small vacation with my family, and I stayed at this hotel. I would like to say that it is a great hotel, very clean, with a large pool, the room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, but also the landscape in the courtyard amazing, the people at the reception are very kind, the location of this hotel is great, you have access to all the trains, there is a station next to the hotel, I had a very pleasant vacation 🇨🇭👨‍👩‍👦😘😘

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the pleasant accommodations and the breathtaking view of Lake Geneva from Room 32, even though it didn't have a balcony. The staff was exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. Additionally, they provided a public transport ticket during our stay, making it even more convenient to explore the area. Highly recommended!
