Very cozy and clean Homestay in a silent and green yard in the middle of Fort Kochi. Shared kitchen and delicious Kerala breakfast, everyday new. You can relax there after exploring the city, everything is in walking distance, sights, restaurants, shops and you meet other travellers at the table. We even stayed there twice on our trip. Really a tiny paradise! The owners are always there to help arrange everything, full day boattrip is really nice and Kathkali and martial arts definetely an experience! Some tipps: If you get tired of Indian food someday,go to Canvas Pizzeria and eat fresh fish from the fisherman at Vasco de Gamma Square! It’s delicious! And: If you meet the wounded little cat outside, she loves to kuddle and is very thankful if you desinfect her wound with antiseptum from the pharmacy :/

premises are exceptionally designed and well located; the hosts are engaging and provide authentic Keralan homestay cooking (breakfast and dinner) and are delightful and helpful with travel arrangements (facilitating transport and recommending next homestay). Absolutely everything. The facilities are super clean, new and spacious. There is a kitchen that you can use as well as the living room. The best part is Sheetha and her daughter who makes this place so warm and special. If I’m ever in Kochi again, I’ll come back to that place. So lovely! A true home.     It was a small budget hotel, The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was basic but good. The owner lady was personally taking care of the breakfast . Staff Asthil was helping and ever smiling. In all we had a comfortable stay

    Good location and a short walk to all the attractions on the west side. The food was delicious and I enjoyed all the meals I had at Mai House. The decor in the hotel was authentic, solid and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responded to my needs. I wish I could have stayed longer.

    Everything is made to make you feel so good. Very conveniently located in a small quiet street, yet very central and close to the main attractions. All the facility is brand new and provide the comfort (Comfy bed, Smart TV, hot water, AC, Nice breakfast at Rooftop..) at the very familiar high end western standards in a cozy well furnished accommodation. Last but not Least, Shaan is an amazing host that would help you for anything you need, sightseeing, organizing next trip.. A very safe choice for a great stay in Kochi!

    I have been in India for 8 weeks now and Frangipani holiday home is up there with my best stays! The host is very professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and she helped me booking trips and made it really easy. The accommodation is fantastic. The room itself is worth the money..but you also get another room with a large fridge and a balcony! It's in a really nice area and an easy walk to lots of restaurants and attractions. I really couldn't of asked for any more!
