Fantastic hotel with priority and elegance. Food rooms bathrooms good allround. Keep it up. This is the quality we expect from a 5 star. Will definitely recommend this hotel cause we are very particular regarding neatness and cleanliness. What we paid for is wat we got. Some 5 star and 4 star were very disappointing where we had to dust rooms and clean bathrooms before using. Trivandram residency was too good. Keep it up .

Our last two days in India we stayed at this accommodation, we are so grateful that it was like this, they are a lovely family and they really made us feel at home. Everything was very clean, the owner prepared us a delicious breakfast, they have a kitchen so you can cook whatever you need. They also let us use the washing machine. Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. The location is incredibly convenient, making travel to and from Technopark very easy. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. This place is budget-friendly and truly worth the price. The caretaker, clinto, was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

    Group of 10 people ( 5 rooms) stayed for a team get together. Everybody is satisfied with the accomodation at Skylounge. Very Neat and clean rooms & Washrooms. Clean & green surroundings. Very Near to Cliff & Beach. Guest Manager Nikhil is a Very helpful person. He has arrived near us whenever we called him for something and handled every requested arrangements neatly. He is a musician too.

    Raison D'etre is an excellent place to stay, it's like our another home. It's one of the best accommodations at the cheapest rate, ever we could find there at Kazhakootam, near Trivandrum. It's very neat and clean. The breakfast they served was delicious. Mr. Vimal, a very pleasant guy, who is the Manager of the property was so humble and simple, also very sincere and ready to serve us, anytime during our stay. He will be always cherished in our memories, due to his dedication to make us most comfortable, always.
