We were on a trip through Italy, and our first stop was at this incredible hotel. It happened to be my girlfriend's birthday, and I wanted to make it special. I requested the hotel to arrange a surprise, and they truly went above and beyond. They organized beautiful balloons, stunning flowers, and an absolutely delicious cake. The effort and attention to detail were extraordinary. It made the day unforgettable for both of us. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for their exceptional service and hospitality. They truly made our stay remarkable.

Really beautiful, clean and quiet place, far from the usual touristic chaos. The room was nice and spacious, so as the bathroom. The structure is recently renovated with good and modern taste. If you like peace and quiet in the middle of the nature, it’s a perfect stay. Brussa beach is 15 min by bike, as well as closest restaurants.

Staying in this apartment was a super holiday. It was spacious and equipped with all the possible kitchen amenities, and the beds were great—we had everything we needed. In addition, we even had a Sky subscription to watch the tennis final and a TV in every room. Position-wise, it was perfect—in a calm area yet super close to the beach and a few walking minutes from the beautiful city center of Caorle.

I really liked that it had a beautiful sea view and that the apartment was very modern. The bedroom had glass windows with sea view and it really made my stay. And it was super close to the city center, around 3 minutes by walk.

    A wonderful stay with my daughter, the horses, cats, the nature, at Brussa Horse Oasi. Kind team with Barbara and Arturo and the other people (!) who are very friendly and funny people (Arturo, wizard, made several tricks for the children who were staying there and they were very happy). A very nice and calm place to be connected with nature and enjoy a very special holiday in tranquility.

    Cute little town. Sea is near to the accomodation. What surprised me the most was that there was also a bicycle in the accommodation :)

    The surroundings of accommodation was perfect for children - pool, parks with playgrounds, broad pavements, supermarket, little shops. Animation program for everybody - dancing, playing, exercising, painting. Little train which collects tourists and fetch them to/from the sea was real benefit. Train's driver was such a great person, who were waving and smiling all the time, he really made a good atmosphere there. Health care center in the very location which we needed to visit was professional. We really enjoyed our stay.

    We stayed in the apartment part. We were welcomed by a beautifully renovated place. The staff was helpful and very nice. The beach itself was about 5 minutes away, and there is a pool in the yard, which is packed with outstanding experience elements. Our accommodation had a jacuzzi and a sauna and was fully air-conditioned. We will definitely be back. I wholeheartedly recommend the place to everyone who wants to spend a comfortable vacation with their family in a beautiful place!
