Just of the motorway, you have great access to a large area of the east of Italy and San Marino. Beautiful terrace at back of the ground floor apartments with seating areas looking into small park. My studio apartment was very spacious, with a large bathroom. Given plenty of towels and toiletries, and was given a kettle on request.
