The Double room with Double bed was very clean, with a comfortable bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. The position is good to visit Sultanahmet neighbourhood, but far from the Beyoglu area (easy to reach by taxi). The hotel also has a sauna and a heated swimming pool that close at 8pm

The location is great, a quiet street, but super close to the main attractions. The staff is extremely nice and helpful - you can really feel that they are ready to go extra mile for the comfort of the guests. They gave us a lot of tips for places to eat and also presented us with a small cake as it was a birthday of one of the guests. The room is also quite clean and comfortable, the bed was great.

The hotel is close to the main attractions in Istanbul, but in a quite place. Everything was just fine, very polite, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, good breakfast. As an example, my wife left her cardigan in the airport transfer car, and with the leadership of Fouad the staff could get it back, a special thank to everyone involved in it! We felt that the receptionists, the cleaning team and the personal at the breakfast all worked very hard to make sure we could have a good time!

    Amazing location, beautiful metropolitan view and possibly one of the most luxurious accommodations I have come across. AbdurRahman and rest of the team was amazing, they made sure that all our needs were met and were providing 24 hours support. There was 24 hours security present on site (not that it felt ubsafe anyways but was very reassuring). Lastly the housekeeping team was spectacular. Haven't come across a more organized bunch of people. All in all we can't fault anything in the accomodation and loved every bit of our stay.

    Nice staff. Rooms are clean, but truly tiny (as per my experience this seems to be the case with almost all accommodations in the perimeter). The accomodation is located in a touristic area, close to public transportation and a walking distance from some important touristic attractions. There are plenty of nice bars, caffes and kebab places in the neighbourhood. In a nutshell, price and location wise, I believe this hotel makes a very good deal for a short stay.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The accommodations were superb. The room was spacious. I really enjoyed 10 days.
