Situated in Amritsar, 14 km from Golden Temple, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar features accommodation with restaurants, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... Charming heritage property perfectly located in a quietful area just 5 minutes away from the airport and about 30 minutes away from the wonderful Golden Temple. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but most importantly extremely quiet. Full selection of room amenities are provided in the room and on request, including large drinking water bottles. We were particularly impressed with the quality and flavours of the food provided both at breakfast and dinner/room service, our compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff. However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever. Mr Gupta and his staff were amazing. They looked after us as if we were family and offered assistance whenever we needed it. The apartment was massive with a big covered verandah and plenty of room to relax. The location was so close to the Golden Temple, markets and restaurants.
