The design and amenities are fantastic - very large double bed, even the sofa-bed was comfortable enough. Enormous bathroom with everything you need. The breakfast was also great - fresh fruits, great cheese and ham, freshly baked croissants and cakes. The staff speaks very good English and are really nice and helpful. They recommended a fantastic bistrot nearby with discount by the hotel for dinner with fresh local fish, traditional meals and the best tiramisu we ever tried in Sardinia.

The guest house features family rooms. This is a correction! Wrong place previously reviewed Our host Simone and staff were exceptional. We were greeted by Sara who made us feel at home and provided us with a lot of helpful information and recommendations for restaurants. The location is excellent, right in the center of town and close to everything. The facilities are newly renovated and the appointments and decorations were fresh and delightful. The coffee bar was the perfect place to get a start on the day and read my emails. Thank you, Simone & Sara!

The location is ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the heart of Carloforte and the sea. We especially loved the lovely outdoor area, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing after a day of adventures. We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend Dimora Ferralasco to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience, combined with comfort and true Sardinian hospitality. Lovely spacious apartment within a Villa, fully equipped and comfortable. 2 double beds and 2 baths with kitchen and sitting area. Terrace outside and BBQ area. Plenty of parking. Location is excellent being 300m from La Caletta beach (path can be tricky). Alberto and Elsa provided us with ample info to ensure a fabulous stay.
