Arrived to a lovely warm welcome, room was ready early and I was directed to nearby free parking in easy walking distance. The hotel is above a brilliant and excellent restaurant, I can highly recommend having something to eat here, the food was incredible. Room was beautiful, plenty of space, modern and clean, especially enjoyed the shower! Tucked away so nice and quiet too. There is a shared sitting plaza outside the rooms which looked like a nice place to rest and recover from nearby attractions. You're a minute or so walk away from the Lake Como ferry, so easy to get to nearby Lecco or Bellagio, equally shops and a local market very nearby. I wanted to visit Moto Guzzi which is equally a short walk away. Honestly this was one of the best hotels on this trip - not least due to the brilliant welcome and tips!

Great facility with great staff! The room was super clean and bathroom was so nice and big. Staff is very helpful and kind. Bed, pillows was pretty comfortable and it has a small balcony which you can enjoy the view. It was not problem for us but it’s 20 mins far from lake by bus. It is very nice journey with a view of Lake Como but good to keep it in mind.

Much better than expected. Area is a bit further away from Como but actually preferred it here - more peaceful and better food in the area and only 30mins - hour from everywhere.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. A charming, historic villa surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. We had a spacious room with enormous windows & fast wifi.

It was lake Como in early spring, so wherever you stay, you'll be more than happy and satisfied :) But this place was amazing. We had lakeview room and we couldn't get enough of the view and the calming sound of waves in the lake with occasionally passing boasts and ferries. It was surreal. The restaurant was also amazing, offering great foods and wines/beers that we enjoyed very much.

Mamma Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's centre, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard. Mamma Ciccia's is a little gem. It is really beautiful and has all the charm of an authentic Italian property, like the cobbled courtyard and stone staircase. Its location is idyllic in this little town on Lake Como that is well served by train and water ferry (between Bellagio and Lecco). But why leave Mandello del Lario? It has exceeded my expectations. I only hope to be back!

This hotel offers everything what you would like to have to be looked after. We are very experienced travellers and used to stop in different hotels and being in Hotel Du Lac & SPA we felt like we stopped in a 5 stars hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations. The location was very good and the views the hotel offers were gorgeous. Our room was always super clean. The breakfast had excellent variety and the staff was caring and helpful. I would like particularly to thank Ganga for looking after me, her attention to my wishes. All receptionists were extremely helpful as well and very friendly but Sara was just amazing. She helped us with everything we needed. Huge THANKS to all of you making our holiday SUPER special!!!
