We had a misfortune and missed our flight, so we weren't able to check in at the agreed time (we arrived well past midnight), but nevertheless the personnel recorded a video just for us and sent it via WhatsApp where they explained the whole procedure of how to enter the hotel using a code, find the room keys in a locker, and navigate to our rooms. While we were stranded at the airport, lol, they prepared everything for us and even asked to leave a breakfast box for us if we planned to leave early in the morning. Rooms were modern and clean, the ceiling was spectacular, and the garden was amazing! Like a botanical garden in the city center! Unfortunately we stayed for only one night and didn't have enough time to use the pool in the garden but did manage to drink the morning coffee beside it.

The accomadation is very clean and lovely. The location is very good. The owner of the accomadation Rosalia is very helpful and kind . We will absolutely stay here if we come again.

Autentica Ortigia was such an amazing place to stay! My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights so we could explore the island of Ortigia. The hosts were so lovely and the check in process was super smooth. They had also lefts some things in the fridge and amenities to make our stay even better. They even offered us some homemade scillian pasta on the 2nd night! The apartment itself was very spacious and had all the facilities you could want during your stay. The location was incredible with views from the communal area overlooking the beautifulport and the view from our room overlooking part of the port and a beautiful little side street! Couldn't fault the apartment. 10/10
