Staff was very flexible, ae we were changing dinner to lunch,it's pretty busy both times so I guess it didn't matter to hotel much,also a bit out of place that literally everyone asked to leave them reviews, oh and we got free upgrade so really we felt a bit like pampered to honest,we used all facilities in spa was fantastic, pool and flat and whole stay was fantastic,Khalifa park around corner was brilliant to visit

Staffs at reception and bar were amazing, Hat's up to Teddy at the reception and the 2 ladies at the bar, so sorry i can't remember thier names, just keep the professionalism and the smile.
