It was well located. Everything we needed was available. The staff were kind and accommodating as I have a broken leg, catering for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and shower was great.

It was great! We had a very comfortable chalet with great beds. The shower was amazing and the kitchen well equipped.

Nestled among Banksia Holuday Homes, we hit the jackpot in finding Bandicoot 21. A lovely place to call home whilst holidaying in Albany, coming fully equipped with all that we needed for a comfortable stay, located near the town centre and shopping plaza, we were not disappointed! The icing on the cake, the HOTUB, especially after twinging my back prior to arrival. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY! Would we recommend the place to others, ABSOLUTELY! Was the host pleasant to deal with, ABSOLUTELY! Will we miss the place, ABSOLUTELY! Because of booking.com bigger ingredients up our reservation. We had to look for another hotel. So I found sure stay. The owner Liz, was so helpful as we paid for the hotel through booking.com, they took the money out of my partners account, but didn't confirm with the hotel. So it took Liz an hour to sort our accommodation for us. I will never deal with booking.com ever again
